About the Class

Former Gymnastic dance and now Acro Dance is inspired in gymnastic floor work and rhythmic gymnastics mixed with dance elements creating routines with elegant fluid movement, creative and expressive.

It requires strength, flexibility and strong thecnique.

Examinations are optional and children can enter rosettes, medals and grades if desired.

We offer two levels from 3-5 years old and from 6+.

What to wear

 

Acro leotard free choice and bare feet. Leotards available from our shop.

Bottle of water is essential.
