About the Class
This class is open for both absolute beginners and those who already have some experience. All ages and abilities are welcome.
Adult ballet is growing fast in popularity as its a great way to keep fit in a very enjoyable way. The benefits are endless. In ballet class you will work every single muscle in your body in a healthy, beautiful way strengthening, lengthening, toning, sculpting specially arms, legs, buttocks areas, whilst working on core strengthening. You will improve your posture, co-ordination, concentration, musicality and spatial awareness.
The sense of achievement that dance brings is a great joy.
What to wear
Dance clothing or any tight workout clothing.
Ballet shoes are ideal but you can wear socks for the first few classes.
Bottle of water is essential.
