About the Class

This class is a new fitness concept that combines dance and fitness elements. On every choreographed routine you will learn steps from different dance styles like Bollywood, Musical Theater, Commercial Jazz, Latin such as Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Jive and even Ballroom such as Quickstep or Tango,  within a fitness class setting. As they are both combined you will work all your body muscles whilst improving stamina, cardio respiratory fitness while having lots of FUN!



What to wear


Workout clothing. 

Jazz or Zumba shoes are ideal but you can wear trainers as well.

Bottle of water is essential.
