Trial Sessions


New students are welcome to join the school at any time. Each child is entitle to have two trial sessions which will need to be paid in cash before the beginning of each lesson. These two taster lessons must be pre-booked. We regularly have promotions when we offer one first taster lesson free of charge.This aplies to only one lesson.


After the second taster lesson, children who wish to continue attending classes must enrol within the school by filling the Student Registration Form.

Fees and Payments

We have four payments blocks of ten weeks each. Once you have enrolled your child within the school, we will invoice you from the enrolment day upto the end of the current payment block. No payments of fees by third week after invoice is been issued will incur an additional 10% added to your bill.

We accept payments in cheque or cash. Any cheques returned unpaid will incur a handling fee.

We reserve the right to suspend your child's lessons until payment in full has been recived.

Missed Lessons

There will be no reductions of fees for lessons missed by students. They are very welcome to attend another branch in order to make up for the missing lessons.

Notice to Leave

Seven weeks written notice is required if your child wish to discontinue with their lessons. Failure to do so will result on ten weeks payment block being charged. No Text message or Facebook message notice will be acknowledge. Only Notice to leave received by email or post will be considered.


We are fully qualified teachers,insured and DBS checked. We are fully aware of the Child Protection Policy however, due to the nature of teaching dance, sometimes it is necessary to correct dance positions physically. This is always conducted with the almost care and professionalism.

Parents have the responsibility to notify us of any illness or injury that may affect your child's class.

We do not accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from errors or omissions on the registration form or failure to comply with uniform compulsory requirements.


Students should wear the correct uniform for each class. If the child already have appropriate dance clothing, they are very welcome to use it until new uniform is purchased.

Hair must be tied back at all times for all classes. Hair in a ballet bun is compulsory from G1 ballet.

Students are expected to conduct themselves in a discipline manner whilst attending the classes and  be respectful to both teachers and fellow students at all times. This will ensure the safe and well-being of everyone.

Lost Property

The school cannot undertake any responsibility for any money or personal belongings left behind after classes.
